Metro Test and Balance is considered a leader in the District of Washington and surrounding areas.

Metro Test & Balance Incorporated (MTB) has been in business for over 30 years. Since 1992, we have been specializing in Test and Balance (TAB) Services along with Sheet Metal Fabrication and Installation, and Indoor Environmental (IAQ) Testing.

We are members, in good standing of:

Currently we have over 150 employees, which are broken down into three divisions.

We also have four NEBB Certified Professionals, seven full time estimators, and four project managers providing outstanding support and service on all of our projects in DC, MD, and VA. The remaining employees consist of the office & shop staff supporting the field operations via administrative, estimating, shop fabrication and project management.

MTB specializes in a wide array of large facility projects including hotels, convention centers and labs, pharmaceutical production facilities, containment holding rooms, tenant fit out renovations, new construction, private, state and federally funded, control upgrade verifications, new and retro commissioning and many other area’s in the commercial HVAC arena.
